A Bit About Me
My name is Asha and I hail from Kerala (India). I am a dedicated Ayurvedic professional with a solid foundation in Ayurveda and further expertise gained through varmology courses and clinical training.
Embarking on my Ayurvedic journey began at Government Ayurveda College, Kerala, where I earned a Bachelor's in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery in 2014. Venturing beyond, I immersed myself in the intricacies of varmology through courses in Coimbatore and underwent clinical Varma training under the guidance of Dr. N. Shunmugham at ARI Institute. This educational odyssey also led me to pursue an MSc in Yoga.
My professional voyage took me from teaching at Kerala Ayurveda Academy to practicing as an Ayurvedic physician at Kottakal Ayurveda and Ayurjani Ayurveda. I proudly serve as the Chief Ayurvedic physician at Kadavil Ayurvedics, Paravur, and continue to share my passion as a teaching faculty at Ayushman Yog.
This journey is not just a career; it's a personal commitment to the profound principles of Ayurveda, woven with experiences that have shaped me into the practitioner and teacher I am today.
